Technical

• Possess deep ServiceNow application knowledge and have been widely exposed to designing and developing business processes
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow design, implementation, and administration
• Experience on ServiceNow Platform across multiple applications, (ITSM (key focus) / ITOM / WSD / CSM/ HRSD / SPM / ITAM)

Job Responsibilities:
