Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the fire protection and safety industry. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.
• Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, focusing on industries and organizations that require fire protection systems and services.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans, targets, and projections to achieve revenue goals.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, tenders and bids. Negotiate contracts in alignment with company standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to ensure a seamless client experience and the delivery of promised services.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the fire protection, safety, or construction industry.

· Strong understanding of fire protection systems and services is an advantage.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support in investment projects and managing various project activities not limited to coordinating, reviewing, preparing of reports/documents.
• Support in data analysis and market research.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis or related discipline.
• Familiarity with market research techniques and data collection methods to support business strategy development.

What would you be exposed to ?

1. Business Opportunity Development:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, markets, and growth opportunities for expansion and business development

2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

• Cold calling to qualify prospects
• Partner closely with BD Team to strategically develop key accounts
• Conduct presentations, negotiations, and close deals with new and existing clients
• Build a pipeline of qualified prospects and track lead progress from initial contact through to conversion

3. Client Relationship Management:
