• Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead to understand user needs, assess technical implications, and estimate the effort required for development or customization tasks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including test cases, to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Develop, modify, and customize applications or platforms to meet specific requirements, potentially leading or overseeing the work of other team members.
• Conduct rigorous peer reviews of source code and documentation to maintain high quality standards.
• Perform thorough unit testing and system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to identify and resolve defects.
