You will be required to summarize lab analysis results at the electrical and physical level to identify root cause and establish an associated containment plan. You will provide documentation of the RMA findings and oversee the final customer report till closure. In addition, for the senior role, you will be asked to provide guidance and lead the team when solving complex unplanned deviations reported by our customers. • Understand customer complaint of the memory component failure

Qualifications and Experience
