Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development, standardization, benchmarking and continuous improvement of operation/equipment metrics, business processes and BKMs for the FE ME network.
• Govern the ground rules for FE ME operation and Fab fields.

• Be an Area technical global SME to optimize area operations, systems integration and to drive global standardization across all sites.
• Govern MAS change process with WW alignment and implementation of scheduling enhancements and drive continuous improvement in scheduling solutions.
• Identify challenges in operations and conduct Powerwalk to discover opportunities for improving efficiency through digital transformation.
• Lead proof-of-concepts and facilitate deployment of BKM reports and automation to improve fab/area efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in the WW ME forums, facilitate area network meetings and sustain/audit existing BKMs and business processes in the network.

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Engineering or related field of study or equivalent experience
• Intermediate knowledge of the 300mm semiconductor manufacturing process is preferred.
• Confirmed experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Proficient in the fundamental principles of Lean Manufacturing, Equipment Efficiency, and Line Management.
• Thorough knowledge of Micron’s MES, Scheduling System, Line Management systems and related production and planning reporting tools.
• Knowledge in SQL, Tableau, Python capability to enable automation will be an advantage.
• Lean Six Sigma Certified or Lean Manufacturing Certified will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical consulting for IT Netwok Security and Threat Prevention solutions, network traffic analysis, and the design of proxy policies and firewall/load balancing policies.
• Participate in the build, migration, and global rollout of Threat Prevention infrastructure.
• Collaborate with project teams, managing multiple engagements and deadlines.
• Serve as a Level 3 escalation point for complex incidents and change implementations related to Threat Prevention domains.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, and Professional certifications in network security (e.g., CCNA Security, CISSP, CEH).
• At least 10 to 15 years total IT networking experience, with at least 5 years of IT Network Security and Threat Prevention consulting experience on large-scale network security and DMZ environments for global MNCs.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with McAfee WebGateway network web proxies or content filtering technologies.
• Experience with Web Proxy PAC file engineering, firewall policies, DLP, malware scanning, and load balancing.
• Proficiency in networking and network security protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, FTP, PAC files, DNS, NTP, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills, including traffic analysis and log reviews.
• Experience with Splunk for data reporting and dashboarding.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Web Content Filtering and Threat Prevention technologies (e.g., Bluecoat, F5, FireEye, VMware NSX).
• Familiarity with proxying technologies (WCCP, explicit/transparent proxies).
