Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Water Treatment Systems: Experience in water treatment technologies, including the design, implementation, and operation of treatment systems for industrial or municipal applications.
• Pumps & Rotating Equipment: In-depth knowledge of pumps and rotating equipment (e.g., turbines, compressors, and associated systems) and their application in water treatment and other mechanical systems.
• Construction Erection and Commissioning: Expertise in the erection and commissioning of complex construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Tender Bidding: Strong track record in preparing, submitting, and negotiating tender bids, with the ability to assess project requirements and deliver competitive proposals.
• Mechanical Design: Solid understanding of mechanical design principles and experience with CAD software and technical specifications related to pumps, rotating equipment, and mechanical systems/BIM/P&ID /Drawing study with relavant specification.
• Marketing and Business Development: Proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans, drive business growth, and establish new market opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or technical sales within water treatment, pumps, rotating equipment, or mechanical engineering sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The purpose of the role is to

• Maximize new business/acquisition/referral opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships to the specified service standards for the Priority Clients segment

Implementation and oversight of the below individual responsibilities:

• To conduct a professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling session with customers to meet their financial needs/objectives.
