Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and assist the team in property development projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and monitor various functions of all parties, includes the architect, consultants, contractors to ensure projects are executed in compliance with relevant authorities’ requirements
• Planning, execution, monitoring, control and completion of the project within required time frame, budget with excellent quality standards
• Conduct feasibility study for land parcels available for tender with senior management and business development team;

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate/Architectural/ Constructions or other relevant fields
• Architectural background would be of an advantage and preferred;
• Min 8yrs or more property development, good knowledge of real estate, property architecture planning;

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Investment/ Finance/ related field or equivalent;

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in banking
• Minimum 4 years' experience in commercial banking, SME lending, or relationship management, with a focus on business development and credit analysis
• Demonstrated track record of successfully originating and managing SME loan portfolios, achieving lending targets, and mitigating credit risks
• Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to evaluate business financial statements, assess credit risk factors, and perform cash flow modelling
