Objectives of the position:

The NPI / Production Process Engineer is required to collaborate with the Program Management Team

and be involved in New Product Introduction activities and the creation of manufacturing Work

Instructions as well as other process documents. The incumbent is also expected to improve the work

processes actively and continuously to achieve high productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

 Early involvement in NPI (New Product Introduction) activities.

 Interpret technical information (documents, drawings, and data) and analyse the manufacturing

 Create Bill of Materials structure.

process risks and make recommendations to mitigate these risks.

Skills & Qualification:

 Minimum Diploma in any Engineering field such as Electrical, Mechanical/Mechatronics,

Manufacturing/Production or industrial Engineering

 Min. 3 years of manufacturing process engineering experience, preferably dealing with wire or cable

harness. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Asst. Engineer position

 Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings

 Basic manufacturing knowledge in cable harness assemblies, plastics and sheet metal preferred

 Experienced in the creation Bill of Materials structures

 Good knowledge on Solid Edge or SolidWorks preferred.

Final handover for process packages and systems.

Experience in the Bio-Pharmaceutical industry

Perform his/her work in an EHS and cGMP high-demanding environment.

Chemical or Process engineering degree is required.

10 years of experience in the field of Bio or Vaccine Process engineering is required, ranging from early design to facility start-up.

Deep knowledge of commissioning and qualification of similar production trains is a must.

Experience with Centrifugation and Ultrafiltration systems is a must.

• Well understanding of the galvanic corrosion phenomena in the system design and able to avoid or resolve the galvanic corrosion related problems.
• Define control narrative and alarm set point for the instruments.
• System descriptions & all other kind of OIM (operation & maintenance manual)
• Sizing calculations (i.e. PSVs calculation, BDV calculations, SDV calculation, Control valves calculation).
• Carry out Hull Process related studies and prepare official report.

The Project Manager / Process Engineer will assume responsibility for the project management of NPC and its affiliates projects, inclusive of engineering, testing, delivery and the main point of contact for our customers. The Project Manager / Process Engineer is highly organized and can apply learned engineering principles to this role.

Requirements:

• Master degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical/Microelectronic Engineering, or Physics with minimum 2 years hands-on experience in leading edge film deposition/CVD deposition/implant technology work.
