Responsibilities:

• Accountable for securing merchants through a hands-on sales strategy and outreach.
• Spearheading merchant acquisition initiatives, involving prospect identification,negotiation, and the refinement of essential sales methodologies.
• Collaborating closely with merchants to guarantee a seamless onboarding process andsuccessful deal closures.
• Serving as the primary contact and intermediary for merchants, addressing andmanaging their inquiries.
• Cultivating strong relationships and delivering additional value to merchants toenhance platform performance.
• Tailoring strategies to align with the unique characteristics of the Singapore market,aiming not just to meet but surpass final sales goals and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of expertise in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, and/or POS and payments systems
• Enthusiastic about technology, fintech, and the retail sector, demonstrating the correct mindset and an ambition to advance in your professional journey
• Possesses robust interpersonal abilities and a willingness to go above and beyond for our merchants
• Sociable with proficient bilingual communication skills essential for engaging with our merchants
• Highly motivated and energetic individuals with a keen eagerness to acquire new knowledge

• Overall, responsible for project scoping, development of functional and technical specifications, project rollouts, data migration, data archiving, maintenance, system upgrading, supporting activities and vendor management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, MVC/Javascript framework etc.)
