The Lead Process Engineer will spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of wastewater treatment processes within our projects. This role involves managing a team of engineers, collaborating with various departments, and implementing cutting-edge technologies to advance project goals. This role requires a deep understanding of chemical, physical, and biological treatment methods, strong project management skills, and a commitment to environmental sustainability

To lead the process engineers,

• Develop detailed process designs for complex wastewater treatment projects.
• Lead pilot studies and data collection efforts to validate process concepts.
• Create process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
• Perform detailed calculations related to plant process design and prepare system operation & control philosophy.
• Work closely with multiple disciplines to ensure quality and competitive proposals are developed and delivered on time.
• Support Business Development on technical presentations and/or meetings with potential or existing clients.
