Job Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and qualify inbound and outbound sales leads, in alignment with the companys objectives and growth strategy.
• Conduct customer calls to assess potential opportunities, setting up introductory meetings for the Sales team to support a seamless customer journey.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness, improve lead qualification, and optimize lead scoring.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the technology sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To execute effective monitoring of workplans and budget while building a robust knowledge management system
• To assist in the conduct of regular horizon scanning on relevant strategic and operational matters
• To assist in collecting data points to assess the potential implications and impacts on MINDS, which are to be presented to MINDS Senior Management Team on a regular tempo, annually
• Assist in the undertaking of evidence-based trials, experiments and projects relevant and when deem necessary for strategic planning
• Assist in the conduct of strategic reviews/analysis on the effectiveness of policies and programmes for the organisation
• Assist in the organisation, collation, collection and information related to organisation development (e.g. Knowledge Management, Change Management and etc.)
• Supportive role in the formulation of workplan objectives and related outcome measurements and metrices.
• Preparation of first draft of reporting materials, e.g., FY report.
• Exposure to an SIG e.g., KM, CM, CapDev, etc. and the coordination of e.g., meetings, workshops, content, etc. (i.e., sitting in for exposure and note-taking)
• Initial exposure to an upcoming think tank project in a supportive role (when opportunity arises)
• Knowledge Management upkeeping of shared folders
• To assist Manager in the coordination and support for strategic engagements and events
• To monitor, coordinate with departments, and prepare Dashboards for bi-monthly reporting
• To assist in the writing of first draft of Executive Summary
• To assist in the execution of MINDS' Annual Workplan Seminar, AGM and management retreats
• To support Managers in the Board/EXCO meeting logistics
• To support the department in other processes to ensure Organisation Excellence.

• Degree holder with minimum 2 years of experience in related work (i.e. Social Work, Service Development Work, Strategic Work)

• Experience in working or volunteering in social service sector is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and lead discussions with Knowledge Partners including Autonomous Universities, Polytechnics, private training providers, and corporate academies.
• Support Functional Leads in project activities for certification assessment management, including application management, technical support, and e-learning content development.
• Provide support in the assessment preparatory platform management, such as user tracking and invoice management.
• Develop and manage Knowledge Partners Accounts to build both academic and non-academic pathways to Skills Badge attainment.

• Provide support in daily project life cycles such as vendor management, invoice management, project scheduling, and IT application implementations.

• Preparatory Content Management: Maintain and track revisions of content changes on preparatory platform and offline copies. Uploading, revision of content where required.

Programme Management:

• Liaise with external organizers for seniors’ events / activities

• Plan and organize events/activities for seniors

• Update events listing every week for volunteers participation.

• In-charge of RAMS & AAR for required activities

• Prepare quarterly reports on volunteers management for C3A submission

• Work alongside with PA, GROs & AACs on scheduling intervention programme i.e. Happy Hours Programme etc.

• Identify resources that can enhance existing intervention programme. • In charge of trishaw maintenance and maintenance log.

Community Development

• Develop and execute the volunteer management system in line with community’s vision and mission.

• Project requirements for volunteers and develop the volunteer recruitment and retention strategy.

• Evaluate, enhance and implement volunteer management policies and processes (e.g. volunteer training, development, recognition, engagement), empowering volunteers within the community to use their individual strengths to do good within their community and pursue the goals and causes they care about.

• Develop risk mitigation measures and a volunteer continuity plan.

• Conduct volunteer data analysis.

• Develop collaborations with community stakeholders and corporate partners for volunteering opportunities.

• Identify emerging approaches in volunteer management and evaluate volunteerism trends and impact which will value add to the volunteer engagement strategies and approaches.

• Establish a reliable pool of long-term volunteers to support CWAS in its various programmes, initiatives and events.

• Identify assets and strengths within the community that allows the reintegration of isolated/lonely seniors back into community through volunteerism and also linking these assets to those who need it.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma and above, preferably in social work/science or community development with 1-2 years of relevant experience in programme management, volunteer management and event management, preferably in a charitable/non-profit organisation.

Major job scope includes but not limited to:

• Responsible for new product development from electronic circuity design to final power module packaging and its application
• Responsible on supporting NPI test development from small volume sample up to production release
• Define test schematics, design/optimize test loadboards, create test plans and optimize test methodologies
• Hands on experience on Design For Testability (DFT) from IC design techniques and testability features to a hardware product design
• Responsible for new product characterization and product datasheet
• Work with design and application engineers in defining and developing test methodologies, test plans, test modes and DFT meeting to product datasheet
• Experience in data analysis using industry-standard software/tools for product characterization, electrical and temperature simulation, 6-sigma analysis and etc
• To support Customers specific application characterization request and helping resolving customer application problem
• Responsible to coordinate and actively participate in Product/Process DFMEA, ensuring success in engineering build for New Product Introduction (NPI), including formulating all product engineering documentation and sustain the product until mass production

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Microelectronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or any related course and experience
• Minimum 5 years working experience on High Power Semiconductor Product Development
• Excellent oral and written skills in English and Chinese
• With relevant work experience on Product characterization equipment and bench testing tools
• Possess expertise in C++, Visual Basic programming, SmartTest 7.x.x/8.x.x & debug techniques
