Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Information Technology department, ensuring the effective execution of all IT-related functions and operations, including network security, user access and server/database backups.
• Ensure that IT applications, systems, and infrastructure align with the organization's business objectives and strategic goals.
• Provide leadership and guidance for IT projects, ensuring they are planned, executed, and delivered on time, within budget, and meet all required functionalities and specifications.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that IT solutions support and enhance overall business performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into the organization's IT strategy and operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards in all IT activities and initiatives.
• Establish strong relationships with external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure reliable and efficient IT services and support.
• Provide support for projects, including proposals, testing and documentation.
• Participate in tender preparation, including documentation and site surveys.
• Develop IT policies and participate in ISO audits.
• Develop, implement and maintain software applications for in-house projects.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Degree (Business IT, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or other similar disciplines is an advantage)
• 8-10 years of relevant IT experience either in application and/or infrastructure, including managerial role experience
• Windows Server 2019/2022 Server administration, including AD, DNS, Web Server management, and clustering.
• Network administration includes VLAN technology and the setup and configuration of switches (Cisco, Aruba, Dell, and others).
• FortiGate Firewall administration, including VPN setup, Web, and IP filtering.
• C# .Net development includes technologies such as MVC, microservices, and Git.
• MSSQL Server 2019/2022 Database administration.
• Knowledgeable on ISO27k certification.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Pro-active and a good team player

Work Environment:

• The IT Manager typically works in an office environment but may need to travel to other external sites.
• The role may require working outside regular business hours to address critical issues or implement system upgrades.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Restaurant Acquisition: Break into new logos within our largest customer segment of restaurants, Beach Club, Rooftop Bars and independent Hotels in Singapore.
• Expand TableCheck presence: by identifying key restaurants prospects and converting them into long-term customers.
• Sales Acumen: Have the ability to verbally communicate a compelling purchase rationale to prospects using a variety of sales methodologies.
• Presentations: Create demand by clearly articulating and educating prospects on the TableCheck value proposition through the presentation of products and services during in-person and virtual demonstrations.
• Full Cycle Sales: Involved in all phases of the sales lifecycle including : identifying and developing leads; meeting with clients; presentations and sales; financial deal structuring; to contract negotiation and closing.
• Cold Call: Contact restaurants/Hotels to get key contact email + schedule demo + prepare proposal.
• Teamwork: Thru Cold Call or email achieve 5-10 appointment per week & 20-30 appointment per month.
• Weekly Report Submission – Pipeline, Prospects generation list & Weekly Sales Report.
• Experience - in Third Party Dining apps, Table Management Software or Point of Sales System Background will have advantages.
