Job Description:

• Perform structural analyses for fixed and floating offshore structures, including global and local assessments.
• Design and optimize marine and offshore structures to meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare structural design specifications, drawings, and technical documentation for fabrication and construction.
• Conduct finite element analysis for load-bearing structures, considering factors such as fatigue, buckling, and impact.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, including global analysis, fatigue life evaluation, and strength assessments.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including naval architects, mechanical engineers, and project managers.
• Provide support during fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases to ensure structural integrity.
• Coordinate with clients, classification societies, and third-party reviewers to obtain design approvals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in marine & offshore projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SACS, SESAM, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles, finite element analysis, and material behaviour.
• Knowledge of industry standards and codes, including AISC, API, ISO, DNV, or other relevant guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Ability to prepare clear and concise technical reports and documentation.

Job Description

concerning Design for disassembly, use of recycled materials, circular economy, materials with low carbon
emission with sustainable characteristics.
8. Create reports about company's environmental impact.

What a Product Engineer does at HP:

• Coordinates and leads activities of internal and outsourced development and manufacturing partners to support manufacture of products.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 0-1 years of work experience, preferably in electrical design and tools, software packages, architecture of electronic hardware, or a related field.
