Responsibilities:

As an individual contributor on our Cybersecurity engineering team, youll have a broad set of responsibilities including (the mix will depend on your interests and skill level):

• Troubleshooting security problems
• Assist in the management and deployment of security products on endpoints, servers, and virtual desktops

Cybersecurity Forensics Engineers are also responsible for ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to digital evidence handling and chain of custody. These responsibilities and standards will be leveraged to develop training as well as mentoring of junior members. Cybersecurity Forensics Engineers are also responsible for researching, evaluating, and designing technical security solutions for the agency; providing technical security assessment support; developing, maintaining, and monitoring an effective Information Security program to provide logical and physical protection of the company's technical resources. Enterprise accountabilities include executing security engineering practices for IS projects; conduct product research and participate in the selection process of technologies to support security requirements.

Job Summary

As the key individual assigned to the project by the Piping Department Manager and Lead Piping Engineer, you will fulfill the responsibilities associated with this role. Your duties include preparing major piping layouts, creating MTO sketches, and reviewing 3D CAD models related to piping systems, equipment, and structures, while also conducting interference detection. The Senior Mechanical Engineer is a leadership role within EOS Defence Systems (EOS DS) and is responsible for solving problems using disciplined engineering techniques (e.g. software, mechanical, electronics, system, testing etc) to enable development of baselined and software designs that support the product development and product goals of EOS DS.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer exercises in-depth engineering technical knowledge within or across specialist disciplines and the ability to enable strategic alignment. • Guide the design and execution of user acceptance testing and other verification activities to provide recommendations to the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Engineers and other Design Authorities.
• Support production and review manufacturing and supplier requirements to meet specified timeframes, engineering standards, and business outcomes.

Position Overview:

The Principal Electronics Engineer is a senior leadership role within EOS Defence Systems (EOS DS) and is responsible for solving problems using disciplined engineering techniques (e.g., software, mechanical, electronics, system, testing, project etc) to assure and advise on the development and/or delivery of products. The Principal Electronics Engineer possess deep technical and industry knowledge with the ability to influence and guide company direction, ensuring strategic alignment. The Principal Electronics Engineer is also responsible for developing products and designs that support the product development and product goals of EOS DS.

The Principal Electronics Engineer will lead and mentor engineers, up to and including Senior Engineers. They may provide technical assistance to multiple teams and provide a high level of support to those teams. In consultation with senior leadership, suggest staffing and workflow priorities and monitor and manage performance, health and wellbeing.

The Principal Electronics Engineer will have extensive engineering experience across the product lifecycle in a Defence environment, allowing them to provide leadership across engineering teams and execute technical authority as allocated.

Primary Duties:

Specific Functions & Tasks

• Provide necessary guidance and direction to produce electronics designs and analysis that satisfy defined product development requirements in the specified time frames and exercise allocated technical authority.
• Work with systems engineers to ensure all requirements are identified, captured and analysed.
• Lead conceptual design and schematic capture of complex electronic circuits.

Relationship and engagement

• Communicate insights and provide thorough engineering judgement for progress and the advancement of engineering solutions.
• Apply interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to requirements including analysis of functional and non-functional requirements and functional performance specifications to develop effective solutions.

Delivery and operation

• Guide the design and execution of user acceptance testing and other verification activities to provide recommendations to the Chief Engineer and other Design Authorities.
• Support production and review manufacturing and supplier requirements to meet specified timeframes, engineering standards, and business outcomes.
