Requirements

Position Overview:

The Principal Electronics Engineer is a senior leadership role within EOS Defence Systems (EOS DS) and is responsible for solving problems using disciplined engineering techniques (e.g., software, mechanical, electronics, system, testing, project etc) to assure and advise on the development and/or delivery of products. The Principal Electronics Engineer possess deep technical and industry knowledge with the ability to influence and guide company direction, ensuring strategic alignment. Primary Duties:

Specific Functions & Tasks

• Provide necessary guidance and direction to produce electronics designs and analysis that satisfy defined product development requirements in the specified time frames and exercise allocated technical authority.

Responsibilities

1. Classify the received Parts into self-repair/outside-repair/Stage/Scrap/Return and place them on the corresponding racks of each Category, and convert the ePMS Level 1 order into a Level 2 order.
2. Open bidding and repair the Parts to be sent to the manufacturer for repair, and convert the ePMS second-level order into a third-level order and issue a warehouse receipt.
3. Each unit listed on the front of the maintenance will be sent to the Parts for repair, and after completion, the ePMS secondary order will be converted into a closed case and returned to the warehouse
4. FAB Urgent case support : The original factory has no ingredients, or the unit price is very high and the seasoning is urgently needed
5. Track and manage the progress of the repaired items sent by the manufacturer for repair, and control the Parts Repair work for Cycle time; provide USER query
6. Key/Special Component Sourcing (for Parts that are discontinued or unreasonably priced).

· Carry out workshop maintenance task assignments

· Ensure compliance with GDPMDS requirements at all times

· Perform 5S in individual and scope repair areas at all times

· Any other duties as assigned

Job Description

• Undertake detailed design in one or more of the following field of expertise: Civil (drainage, sewage), Bridge/Tunnel, Underground Excavation and Tunnelling works
• Execution of projects and liaison with the Client, Client’s Consultants, Contractor, and authorities to provide technical support for design
• Checker to obtain approval of design and drawings
• Analysis on structural components using various engineering software

Requirements

• Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or its equivalent
• Prefer degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore for Associate level
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Good exposure in the analysis and design of geotechnical works, concrete structures, steel structures, civil works, or soil-structure interactions
• Good knowledge of the various engineering design software and analytical tools
• Applicant who has lesser experience will consider for Engineer role
