We are currently looking for a Process Project Engineer to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

• Perform activities such FAT/SAT and Installation verification for new equipment and modification of existing equipment.
• Review of Vendor Turnover Packages and Construction Trade Turnover Packages.
• Review Functional specifications
• Assist with execution of qualification protocols for IQ, OQ.
• Draft and execute commissioning protocols related to production equipment in upstream/downstream processes
• Support Change Control and deviation management processes
• Coordinates with other departments for efficient completion of projects.

Job

• Understand customer requirements and meet/exceed customer goals

• Drive team to set up stable manufacturing processes with CpK >1.67

• Drive engineering discipline (use DOEs and Statistical Process Engineering tools) in cost, yield and quality improvement

• Arrange training for Process Managers and Engineers.

• Deploy FDC and SPC on key equipment

• Partnership with cross functional teams to meet production schedules, quality and safety

• Customer engineering and issues resolution

Requirement:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry or its equivalent with minimum of 15 years engineering experience in wafer fab or wafer bumping house, with at least 5 years management experience as a Director/Deputy Director level in a fast moving environment

• Thorough knowledge of wafer level packaging, engineering and production

• Have experience in setting up FDC and SPC

Roles & Responsibilities

The responsibility of this position is to lead the project assigned to successful completion within the project schedule & scope as well as obtain the targeted profit and achieve high customer satisfaction.

The incumbent shall carry out the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Resolve complex issues with clients & consultants, JV partners, and/or sub-contractors which are not able to be handled by subordinates.
• Direct project team members to achieve targets of safety, quality, profit and timely completion of the project. To monitor the progress of the project according to the targets set.
• Identify key staff to lead the project and delegate responsibilities. Provide guidance and direction to staff for them to work towards the targets set.
• Personnel management and development.
• Oversee the tender works including providing directions on planning, construction technique, quality of tender submission documents, risk and issue management, tender price negotiation with suppliers and subcons for finalization.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree majored in Civil Engineering recognised
• Minimum 6 years of local experience in construction industry
• Experience in Road Works / Building Works Project will be preferred
• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Independent and organised with positive work attitude
• Possess strong written
• Good decision maker and team player
• Auto Cad designing
• Class 4 with Forklift licence

· Site project management.

· Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.

· Daily site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operations, site coordination, monitoring and report work progress.

· Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements

· Liaise with consultant and carry out site inspection.

· Attend weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors on work progression and prepare monthly meeting progress report.

· Preparation of structural analysis, loading calculation and drawings.

· Establish good relationship with all relevant parties.

· Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities’ requirements.

Requirement

- Degree in Civil or relevant Engineering

- 3-5 years’ minimum experience in Infra-structure project more than 200million.
