Job Objectives:

The specialized First Recovery Support IT Production Support Engineer is responsible for supporting application wellness in production systems, managing monitoring of system exception emails, help desk incident assignments and distribution within teams. Closely follow-up and monitor issue from investigation, pass relevant details to L2/L3 team. Make sure system availability as per SLA across countries for multiple applications / interfaces. Perform scheduled health check tasks across applications and raise alerts in case required.

Able to work in shift-based environment, support implementations during bank’s green zone

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle incidents and service requests raised via helpdesk and call center.

· Receive and prioritize emails based on urgency; reallocate within support teams and help in recovery actions to meet the TRO.

· Monitor the incoming demand through ISM tool and ensure the right assignments on time.

· Perform scheduled tasks within Service Level Agreements (SLA) referring to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Manage service requests recording for monthly management reporting.

· Follow SOP to identify potential issues and escalate to the shift lead for critical incidents or eMails.

· Ensure application incident & task documentation is properly updated for each production release.

· Enthusiastic, hardworking, pro-active, and goal-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail.

You may be asked to participate in the development of use cases and delivery of proof-of-concept prototypes for government and industry partners in the areas of computable contracts and "rules as code". Experience in requirements analysis and agile, iterative methodologies will be useful at this stage.The work of the team will be largely determined by these use cases and customers. We will work with multiple use cases so that we can abstract across them and develop generalized, reusable infrastructure. We will work with specific customers so we can build useful applications on top of that infrastructure.You will contribute to the design and development of open-source software written to serve those use cases. You will work as part of a team of research engineers, developers, and domain expertise and you will be expected to actively participate in team meetings and text-based communications. You will be expected to be active members of the applied research community, by validating and contributing to advances incomputational law.

You may be asked to conduct use-inspired research at the direction of the Principal Investigator. This includes

• reading academic papers, standards publications, and related material such as blog posts and presentations;
• coming up to speed in fields which may be new to you, such as computational linguistics, mathematical logic, programming language design, formal verification, and model-based architecture;
• reading (and updating/commenting, relevant) existing software documentation;
• creating presentations, video recordings, walkthroughs, etc. to document and explain research work done;
• writing (and presenting, if so decided by the PI) academic papers and materials for publication; and
• documenting in a sufficiently-detailed manner so as to share what you've learned.

You will be expected to participate in software development; this includes

• learning how to use third party tools, including editors, IDEs, databases, business process modeling software, programming languages, and libraries;
• evaluating competing software systems for suitability;
• building infrastructure to enable application development
• managing yourself, and managing fellow team members;
• engaging in product, project, and program management as needed
• reading books and consuming such other media forms about software development;
• writing documentation such as user/developer-facing manuals, tutorials;
• delivering community support to users and customers;
• preparing presentations to represent the project before external audiences; and
• writing actual user-facing applications throughout the "full stack",in each case, documenting, reporting, and/or presenting the same in clearly and efficiently, both internally and externally.

Researchers under the Programme should possess both mastery of their academic speciality, and demonstrated practical experience producing and supporting high-quality open-source code through community engagement across multiple media. Candidates must have Bachelor's, Master's, Ph.D., or alternative qualifications in computer science, software engineering, (symbolic) artificial intelligence, computational linguistics, or formal methods. Fluency in multiple natural languages, and any experience with law, are a plus.

Job Purpose

Responsible for the maintenance and operations of the inventories and related electrical system and equipment for the business of Stellar Ace Outdoor.

Responsibilities

• The duties and responsibilities of an engineer are as listed below. Note that the list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance daily activities, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance, and upkeeping of Outdoor advertisement equipment to deliver high systems availability and reliability.
• Conduct engineering analysis and investigation of faults in electrical systems.
• Provide technical advice to the maintenance and operations of outdoor advertisement equipment.
• Lead in the recovery and rectification of systems faults.
• Undertake projects in equipment modification/retro-fit, condition monitoring and procedure improvement
• Undertake any other tasks or functions that are incidental or ancillary to the performance of assigned work.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor works related to maintenance of assets with internal and external parties/contractors.
• Responsible for reviewing, implementing, and updating of working instructions and safety procedures related to equipment and its electrical system.
• Manage projects and works related to electrical system/equipment and related system.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports to authorities and internal management.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Dip in Elec Engg + 3 years experience;
• or ITE cert in Elec Engg + 5 years experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
• Self-motivated, always striving to improve or meet a standard of excellence.
• Able to communicate effectively and work in and as a team.
• Confident to manage contractors.

About the Role:

The Data Center Engineer will oversee the optimal performance and maintenance of Data Center and ELV operations, including network cabling, IT hardware installation, and environmental monitoring. System Safety Engineer

Responsibilities

· Develop system safety program plan, hazard analyses and risk assessment documents, safety assessment report and hazard logs based on contracted system safety and project requirements

· Facilitate system safety reviews and assessment with project system safety working groups and to facilitate and seek technical endorsement for safety assessment report with company and customer safety review boards

· Ensure system safety requirements and implementation are complied with company process and contracted requirements for projects and in-house products

· Submit monthly project status report and updates to Project Manager, System Safety Leads and Department Manager

· Support safety related administrative functions

· Lead and participate in Workplace Safety & Health committee and functions

Requirements

· Degree/Diploma in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
