General Overview

This position is part of the site Mechanical team that provides technical/maintenance support to the Operation and Project teams in LNG Terminal. The System Engineer is responsible to monitor and resolve all issues related to company IT & related systems (hosted on premise and on cloud).

Act as a single point of contact for all reported IT & related system issues and queries related. Take full responsibilities to escalate and work with IT/Systems vendors to resolve reported issues within SLA.

The System Engineer will assist the IT Infrastructure Manager to maintain, support and optimized key functional areas such as network, server, data & telecommunications system, video conferencing equipment and security.

IT Support and Management

· Ensure the smooth running of all IT & related systems (on premise and on cloud)
