General Summary

Currently, we have a great opportunity available for an Chemical Operator, ETP to join our Production Team/Group/Dept. This position will be located in our Singapore branch and will report directly to the Production Engineer. The ETP operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating all equipment necessary to manufacture atmospheric emulsions, reactor batches, pilot batches, and cold-blend products. This position is also responsible for performing quality control testing, packaging product for shipment to customers.

Primary Responsibilities

· Communicate with Shift Team Leaders and Production Engineer regarding safety, production, quality, or any other operational issue

· Manufacture batches in accordance with all safety, quality, and efficiency standards by following work orders and verbal directions

· Safely and efficiently operate reactors, emulsion kettles, Cowles mixers, homogenizers, heat exchangers, pumps, filtration devices, automated packing stations, forklifts, and other equipment related to the manufacture of chemicals

· Correct packaging of finished goods into pails, drums or totes as required.

· Efficient operation of the wastewater treatment plant, soft water process and boiler operation when necessary

· Use equipment to monitor pressure, temperature, and other hazardous conditions

· Monitoring of SCADA systems

· Execute process parameters warning alarm systems

· Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required

· Perform quality control testing and adjust batches to ensure specifications are met through water adjustments, debugs, reheats, etc.

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for designing and drafting the electrical and instrumentals systems of Ships and Offshore Platform independently. The candidate will interact with Clients, Classification and Statutory bodies and Vendors in the process of design. Candidate to be able to prepare the following drawings independently:

• Electrical Load
• Single Line Diagram
• Short-Circuit Calculation
• Lighting Arrangement
• Transformer Load Analysis
• Cable Estimation

Desired Profile

• Min 5 years’ experience of which at least 3 years should be in Marine Design.
• He/She should be conversant with Ship electrical system and classification rules and IEE.
• Skills in Excel, Electrical design software and CAD-tools is required.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Conversant in Design of Electrical and Hybrid Propulsion systems, including batteries, battery charging systems etc.

Responsibilities:

• Develop energy efficiency solutions for ACMV and control systems in data centers, commercial and industrial buildings (70% engineering, 30% sales).
• Present energy solution proposal to customer, including turnkey project and maintenance.
• Attend tender site show rounds, assess site conditions, create proposals, and react to RFQs/tenders.
• Effectively respond to client queries and expectations.
• Submitting quotations / proposals to customers in a timely professional manner and continuously follow-up closely.
• Grow the aftermarket service business.
• Contribute to team effort and be accountable for sales growth objectives
• Provide technical training to customers and internal workers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in any Engineering background
• Minimum 2 years relevant sales experience in the ACMV, controls and energy solutions.
• Preferably Singaporean or PR.
• On the job skill coaching/in-house or external training provided
• Possess strong ACMV, controls and energy solution technical skills. Certifications such as SCEM, Energy Auditor and Energy Efficiency Opportunity Assessor would be a plus.
• Proven ability to make impactful business case to win multi-million ACMV, controls and energy solutions contracts.
• Have good existing network with facilities owners and M&E consultants in Singapore.
• Meticulous in execution of work duties, must possess a positive attitude and is hardworking.
• Strong interest in tackling climate change by helping the building owners improve energy efficiency
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Salary will be commensurate based on qualification and experience

Sales Engineer

· Coordinate and participate in sales reporting and customer meetings.

Welding Engineer Summary

Job Description:

• Manage the procurement activities of direct materials, including review and convert Purchasing. Requisition (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO); resolve invoice, or quality related discrepancies.
• Sending requirements to suppliers : Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for information (RFI) using digital tools.
• Purchase price analysis and price negotiations; Identification and realization of savings potentials,
• Close cooperation with the stake holders and suppliers.
• Supplier management including supplier set up, supplier evaluation and development.
• Optimization of existing supply chain processes and participation in project teams.
• Leverage existing procurement processes and compliance while seeking to identify best management practices. Using a continual improvement mindset to create efficient processes.

We are looking for:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economy or similar areas,
• +4 years professional experience in a similar position,
• Knowledge of Procurement / Supply Chain activities with a broad solid understanding of operational, activities across a range of businesses.
• Previous experience of working in Supply Chain Management
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Strong communication and negotiation skills;
