Job Summary

You will be working with our client in the public and financial sector. The ideal candidate must have strong data modelling and data analysis skills, and familiarity with scripting for automating tasks. The successful candidate will be part of the team that drives data and digital transformation within the development function. Responsibilities include working with partners to streamline processes and implement automation to improve efficiency and quality of output.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data needs and document the requirements.
• Refine data collection/consumption by migrating data collection to more efficient channels.
• Plan, design, and implement data engineering jobs and reporting solutions to meet the analytical needs.
• Develop test plan and scripts for system testing, support user acceptance testing.
• Work with partners to streamline processes and implement automation to improve efficiency and quality of output.
• Work with internal technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solution.
• Ensure the smooth operations and service level of IT solutions.
• Support production issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technolody, Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong data modelling and data analysis skills are a must.
• Strong experiences in scripting for automating tasks using Python.
• Hands-on experience of reporting or visualization tool like SAP BO and Tableau is important.
• Good understanding and completion of projects using waterfall/Agile methodology.
• Good understanding of analytics and data warehouse implementations.
• Hands-on experience in DevOps deployment, ETL tools like Informatica, and data virtualisation tools like Denodo will be an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will be responsible for conducting research on evaluating and enhancing autonomous driving systems and cybersecurity solutions. Successful candidate will be part of an active research team led by Prof. Xie Xiaofei from School of Computing and Information Systems, Singapore Management University.

Candidate's core responsibilities are:

• Designing algorithms for testing AI systems, with a particular focus on enhancing efficacy and performance
• Developing high-performance tools for testing both Autonomous Driving Systems and Cybersecurity Solutions, specifically targeting malware detection and intrusion detection systems
• Ensuring the reliability and robustness of the tools through thorough testing
• Evaluating the tools in real-world applications to validate their effectiveness

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or closely related disciplines from a reputable institution of higher learning
• Minimum 3 years of relevant research experience in cybersecurity and AI
• Advanced knowledge/Proficiency in programming software/languages such as Python and C/C++ will be positively considered/ is required
• Demonstrated experience and know-how on trustworthy AI, autonomous driving systems, cybersecurity and developing high-performance software
• Experience with at least one programming software/languages, such as Python, C or C++ is preferred
• Excellent working knowledge of cybersecurity, software design and development
• Good analytical, technical and problem solving skills
• Applicants with research publications in cybersecurity and AI area will be advantageous
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently and also collaboratively with team members

• Develop test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF & Mixed Signal products on automated test equipment.
• Liaise closely with the design engineers on the first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring up and production release activities.
