Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Industrial Process Engineer to join our QA team. You will work closely with the operations and engineering teams to document and review operational processes and identify improvements to existing manufacturing and engineering process flows.

Primary responsibilities

1. • Process Development: Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic products to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
2. • Continuous Improvement: Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance production processes.
3. • Equipment Management (Assembly Jig and tool): Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment like Test Jig, Tool and accessories to ensure optimal performance.
4. • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
5. • Collaboration: Work closely with design engineers, production teams, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
6. • Training: Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment.
7. • Safety Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.

Qualifications

· Education: Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing process engineering.

Required Skills:

· Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

· Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

· Software skill: Python

Preferred Certifications:

· Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

· Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt

· Professional Engineer (PE) license

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Network Engineer to join our team and take ownership of critical network monitoring and security operations. This role involves overseeing the performance and connectivity of network devices, managing backups, implementing configuration changes, and ensuring the security and reliability of network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in firewall management, network device hardening, and patch management to maintain robust and secure network operations. Hands-on experience with network automation tools, scripting, and certifications such as CCNA or CCNP will be advantageous.
