PubMatic is looking for a Client Solutions Engineer to join our growing team in Singapore and support the APAC business in growing revenue from our buyside focused platforms. This role will require the successful candidate to work closely with the APAC advertiser solutions team to offer support and develop and scale programmatic demand from agencies and advertisers

The Client Solutions Engineer is a technical sales professional specializing in selling programmatic media buying products and solutions to Agencies and Advertisers. The Client Solutions Engineer is responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing solutions and demonstrating products, and providing technical support. They also play a key role in developing and delivering client presentations and responding to RFIs/RFPs.

The Client Solutions Engineer combines technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support to agency and advertiser clients. They work closely with Advertiser Solutions team to identify potential customers and help them understand the technical aspects of PubMatic’s suite of buyer products and design the right solution for them

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Agency and Advertiser clients and understand their requirements, design solutions and demonstrate products utilizing your knowledge of PubMatic’s products and the broader programmatic advertising supply chain.
• Work in a cross functional environment with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Advertiser Solution teams
• Help prospects and clients understand the technical aspects of PubMatic’s suite of products for media buyers.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs, develop and deliver client presentations, and assist in new client onboarding
• Work with customer-facing teams to identify business goals, opportunities, and client's objectives and assure highest level of implementation of PubMatic products.
• Contribute to sales effort by delivering technical demonstration of the products, RFP/RFI submissions and developing sales pitch.
• Partner with the PubMatic engineering and product teams to develop custom solutions and resolve issues. Influence the product roadmap by bringing in feedback from the clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical consulting role in AdTech.
• Demonstrated experience with Demand Side technologies and buyer workflows
• Understanding of RTB and programmatic supply chain, key partners etc.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with high level of grittiness to find the solution. Should be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Proactive approach
• Process-oriented with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize various requests and responsibilities.

What are we looking for?

• From 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript
• Experience in frontend technologies (HTML & CSS etc) as well as any web framework (React Preferred), understand their design principles and application scenarios; and have good practise and understanding of common web compilation and bundling frameworks, including Webpack/Rollup/Babel/AST.
• Familiar with various front-end related debugging and testing tools, and have independent problem-solving skills
• Contribute in technical discussions and solutioning sessions.
• Possess good coding and documentation habits, pay attention to code style, familiar with basic design patterns and principles, and continuously focus and optimize projects
• Autonomy to drive the direction of the product
• Chance to work on creating developer tooling systems from the ground up, from research all the way to implementation.

As a Lead Desktop Engineer, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:

Ability to guide the team and resolve incident escalated by Desktop Support Assistant in confirming the validity of the problem and seeking and researching for known solutions related to these more complex issues.

Performed Desktop Support services to users

This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations.
