The lab officer?s responsibilities include operation of high-power lasers for cleaning related experiments, metal and composite sample preparation, characterization, measurement, and mechanical testing. The lab officer also supports group?s research activities through procurement, design of experiments, equipment scheduling, risks identification and assessment to ensure efficient and safe operation of our labs. Work with related internal departments (such as Production, Equipment, Quality, Technology) and external CM suppliers to resolves wafer blocks/cells/modules quality issues and implement required decisions made by internal management at the external supplier sites.

Delivery

• Possess excellent project management skills by establishing schedules, coordinating with required resources both within the organization or CM suppliers, projecting cost of qualifications/certification projects and risks identification to implement and execute the required projects. Responsible to generate bill of materials (BOMs) and Design/Engineering change, product transfer to internal/external lines and lead in DFMEA/PFMEA for product change.

Objectives of the position:

This role involves Customer Quality Support for LAP’s product distribution, addressing customer feedback and product quality requirements/issues. The person in this position will be responsible for handling customer feedback or requirements, such as complaints, test data, and other technical information as requested. This includes necessary communication with all stakeholders (Customer, Supplier, Customer Service, Production Planning, Supplier Management, Logistics).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Customer Complaint Processes

• Acknowledge the complaint
• Update the complaint in SAP & Customer complaint log

• Summarize complaints for monthly reporting (LOS & Q-reporting)
• Properly handle customers' needs by providing accurate and timely information on inquiries related to cable standards, test reports and complaint handling

Track Supplier Quality
