Job Responsibilities:

· Assist the Project Manager in supervising project(s) comprising design, purchasing, quality control, production, and commercial.

· Coordinating drawing approval between classification, designer, and third parties

· Recommend, review & approved design specification

· Responsible for execution of works control as per the project schedule that is planned by the Project Manager or himself

· Clients facing from start to end of project be it site inspection/feasibility/visits, operational requirements such as solar system design and execution

· Vendor management to ensure the project is on schedule

· Provide inputs on accomplished schedules, manpower, machinery, and equipment status to the Project Manager as well as project progress reports

· Costs benefits analysis on proposed project designs and suggesting cost reduction analysis for solar systems

· Administrative files and documentation where applicable

Job Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Civil/related engineering discipline/renewable energy

· Min. 2 years of relevant experience in similar industries/fields handling HDB-related projects/renewable energy/solar photovoltaic

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts clearly & effectively

· Proactive, energetic, adaptable, analytical & problem-solving abilities

· Able to work independently in a fluid environment

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of tender activities
• Perform process design and costing (CAPEX & OPEX)

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical engineering / Equivalent
• Strong technical knowledge (i.e Process Design and Calculation) in Membrane (MF/UF/RO/MBR), Ion Exchange, and pretreatment processes (coagulation / flocculation, sedimentation, clarification, filtration)
• 3 years relevant working experience in Water & Waste Water Treatment industries is preferable. Fresh graduate can also apply.
• Those with relevant project management / plant testing & commissioning experience will be an added advantage

1.2. Job Description / Responsibilities:

1.2.1. Development

1.2.1.1. Design and synthesize new polymers with desired properties for various applications.
1.2.1.2. Conduct experiments to understand the relationship between polymer structure and its physical and chemical characteristics.
1.2.1.3. Analyse and interpret data from various techniques like spectroscopy, chromatography, and thermal analysis to characterize polymers.

1.2.2. Polymer Production and Processing

1.2.2.1. Develop and optimize production processes with productivity and cost effectiveness.
1.2.2.2. Troubleshooting issues arising during mass production and suggest solutions.
1.2.2.3. Collaborate with related department to ensure smooth integration of new polymers into existing production lines.

1.2.3. Material Characterization and Testing

• Lead root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions for process related concerns.
• Analyze and provide timely response to customer complaints.
• Interface with Customer and Operations to ensure new product transfer to manufacturing are in accordance with approved requirements.
• Manage and supervise the daily operations of Quality Control.
• Supervision and management of QC resources – Inspectors, Quality Coordinator.
• Provide technical expertise and training to Inspectors and Quality Coordinator.
• Ensure proper control and maintenance of quality documents and records.
• Prepare Quality performance metrics and reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Professional Certificate/NiTec, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or related.
• Good knowledge of ISO /API Q1 is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience on quality inspection & measurement is preferred.
• Knowledge/certificate in NDT is preferred.
• Possess good interpersonal and planning skills.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Quality Management System of manufacturing environment.
• Prefer having experiences in non-electronic industries such as raw material suppliers, metal cutting, oil & gas, mechanical , surface treatment/coating etc.
