You are a highly experienced RF professional with a solid technical background in 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.

Skills/Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering with relevant technical expertise.
• 10+ years of experience in Radio Network Design and Optimization, including 5G.
• Proficient with Telecom equipment and tools like IBWAVE, TEMS, NetAlly, Infovista Planet, JD Viewer and NEMO.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Proven leadership experience in RF project delivery and network acceptance.
