Our objective is to drive innovation in power device research, particularly in power MOSFETs rated above 1.2KV. Developing key innovative process is crucial for creating high-performance devices that will contribute to advancements in automotive technologies, vehicle electrification, safety measures, sustainable energy grids, data centers, and industrial & aerospace automation. This role involve growing leadership into ion implantation processes for p-body, channel, guard ring, source contact, and other components. We are currently seeking such individual with ~5 years of experience in ion implantation. The chosen candidate will be responsible for independently supervising ion implantation processes, conducting ion implant simulations, possessing knowledge of crystallography and ion interaction with atoms, having strong understanding of implanters and related thermal processing physics, beam optics, dosimetry systems, and vacuum technology. The ideal candidate should also be willing to collaborate with various departments, the technology development group, and customers. Furthermore, the candidate will contribute to the wide-bandgap team by sharing the ion implantation expertise on compound semiconductor materials and collaborate with other departments working with Si-based technology. The candidate will also be groomed to lead this diffusion process module group of ~6 headcounts into the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose malfunctions and using test equipment & software to test faulty tool; applying knowledge of the functional operation of the ion implant equipment

• Support on-site ion implanters in creating, running & characterizing recipes for recipe validation and develop process to achieve the desired dopant profile with excellent

Job Description & Requirements

1) Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.

2) Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.

3) Responsible of setting the machine to meet the First Article base on the customer print, tolerance, and dimensions.

4) Responsible of assisting the Machine operator to meet their goals.

5) Responsible to edit program to suit different machines will be preferred

6) Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.

7) Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.

8) Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.

9) Conduct research that tests and analyzes the feasibility, design, operation and performance of equipment, components and systems.

10) Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, and operation of products.

Job Description

1. Oversee the works on equipment structures, installations, deployments, facilities, and equipment being deployed at sites.

2. Plan and work out the resource provision requirements, work, schedule, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for works at sites.

3. Review planned work schedule and method statements prior to commencement of site work activities.

4. Ensure that works are carried out accordingly to design, meeting the safety, health, environmental and comfort requirement for stakeholders.

5. Identify defects and damages at the site infrastructures, including equipment and facilities, as well as theft, accidents, and incidents.

6. Carry out safety training to instil safety awareness. Ensure safety rules and regulations at sites are adhered to by all site personnel.

7. Be part of Safety Committee and ensure compliance to safety, health and environmental requirements including Authority Code of Practices (COP) and WSH, MOH & MOM Guidelines.

8. Resolve any unexpected problems or difficulties that may arise at sites.

10. Prepare regular reports to update site progress, resource utilisation, requirements, past and on-going activities, etc.

Requirements

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree with at least Six (6) years’ relevant field safety experience in supervision of installation and maintenance of roadside and Civil and structural coordination with government/utility agencies and other contractors.

2. Experience as a safety auditor/inspector in ensuring Environmental, Safety and Health practices are complied with.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful and meticulous.

4. Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to work both independently as well as in a team.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for Windows.

6. Good verbal communication and writing skills in English.

7. Be expected to travel regularly between office and sites.

8. Prepared to work on site and perform night work based on project needs.

Senior Maintenance Manager

Working Hours: 5days (Mon-Fri), 8 am to 4.30 pm.

Salary: $8,000 to $9,500

Responsibilities：

• Management of annual/specific Project and Maintenance activities/budgets (both Mechanical and E&I) throughout fiscal year to achieve department goals.
• Ensuring that the relevant maintenance strategies as well as industry best practices are applied to the activities for maintenance and modifications in the plant to achieve reliability and availability of plant equipment of the highest level.
• Ensures all plant and equipment is maintained to the highest level of safety for work to avoid lost time accidents, with immediate response and thorough investigations and corrective actions for all hazardous occurrences and accidents.
• Ensure all Mechanical and E&I maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with the Company’s HSEQ Standards, statutory requirements, Company Maintenance & Management System, and best industry maintenance practices.
• Ensuring that there are adequate procedures and systems put in place for maintenance activities conducted within the process plant.
• Oversee all facilities planning and operations/functions including the maintenance, modification control of equipment, space allocation, move and construction.
• Works with counterparts in parent and subsidiary companies on technology transfers to raise maintenance performance standards.
• Line management responsibility for Maintenance team members.
• Approval of all work requests for equipment maintenance and modifications related to improvements and safety of process and plant.
• Approval of requisition for new equipment and maintenance spares.
• Approval of Contractors’ daily timesheets.
• Approval of the daily maintenance activities and modifications in the plant.
• Approval of grade change maintenance activities, in consultation with production department
• Planning and managing the shutdown maintenance.
• Provide training needs of Maintenance team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and competencies to carry out their work in an efficient manner.
• Assessment and review of in-house contractors’ performance and the contract.
• Undertakes special assignments or projects as directed by the Manufacturing Director

Requirements:

• Degree in related discipline.
• Experiences in the chemical industry Singapore as Manager or Assistant manager.
• Experiences and knowledge about maintenance of mechanical rotating equipment and static facilities.
• Experiences as E&I Process/Maintenance Engineer at chemical plant or manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge about and to be familiar with high voltage power supply/MCC, control panel and/or DCS design and system to manage establishment will be an advantage.
