• Perform process/ mechanical design for process plant (Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant, etc) including mass balance, process flow diagram (PFD), P&ID, equipment layout, sizing calculation, equipment specification/data sheet, etc
• Provide process / mechanical input and coordinate with other disciplines (including the BIM modelling team) for the design, installation and T&C work
• Perform technical review of equipment/system vendors’ proposal and submission during procurement detailed design and installation stages
• Prepare the process / mechanical submissions and resubmissions to project consultants and client according to project schedule and clear the submittal comments
• Manage the equipment suppliers / subcontractors to meet the project schedule for design, installation and testing & commissioning
• Support on the testing and commissioning work

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree in chemical/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 4 Years’ experience in process/mechanical design of water/wastewater treatment plant (design experience in the flue gas desulphurization (FGD) wastewater system/plant (or similar system/plant) would be advantageous); For senior position, candidate must have at least 8 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with relevant standard and Singapore code of practice
• Possess strong inter-personal and communication skills
• Must have advanced computer literacy in commonly used software applications such as MS Office

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for tender and quotation updates.

Business Process Consultants are trusted advisors to client stakeholders, leveraging their expertise in ServiceNow to optimize business processes and drive meaningful transformation. As a Business Process Consultant, you will play a critical role in defining the needs of customers for their ServiceNow implementations. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and design tailored solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to customize and configure the platform while providing training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.

In addition to delivering impactful ServiceNow implementations, you will contribute to organizational change by developing and delivering presentations, conducting training sessions, and educating stakeholders on the benefits of process improvement. Responsibilities

Consulting Responsibilities (70-80%):

· Work directly with the Customer & Project Team to develop, coordinate, integrate and consistently implement best practices for customer business needs.

· Partner with project teams to deliver successful enterprise service management solutions to our customers.

· Lead functional discovery and functional process workshops / working sessions

· Gathering business requirements and translate them into workable solution specifications

· Document user stories/requirements based on customer processes/ServiceNow solution design per best practices

· Defining industry and client specific business processes and identify opportunities for business process optimization

· Advising on all things business process related to ServiceNow implementation projects

· Developing functional process guides, workshop materials and techniques

Engagement Manager Responsibilities (20-30%):

Review change requests received from users with BAM to ensure that such change requests are appropriate and suitable for operational needs whilst ensuring -

• the maximum level of global and region standardization that is possible
• adherence to corporate governance framework
• the processes are efficient across business functions and doesn’t impede other functions from carrying out their activities after implementation.
• Work with BPOs in reviewing business blueprint deviations and amendment the change requests or business process with requestors, users and BAM.
• Develop and/or change business processes as appropriate to ensure success of change requests implementation.
• Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, end-user training and go-live support.

Provide post-implementation support to super-users:

• Create and implement programs that will provide refresher trainings to end-users in usage of business applications.
• Create and implement programs on-boarding new users by providing the appropriate trainings in usage of the business applications.
• Adequately address “how-to” queries from end-users.
• Adequately support users in handling complex transactions in the business applications.
• Escalate to BAM, cases that requires BAM intervention.

Review and develop any process enhancements and improvements.

Regularly review business processes (independent of any in-house business application softwares) with BPOs to improve on -

• Process efficiency
• Address corporate governance concerns
• Address external regulatory concerns
• Work with BPOs to develop and/or change business processes as appropriate to ensure success of business processes changes implementation.
