PLC programmers are responsible for programming assembly lines, robotic devices, or other manufacturing processes using programmable logic controllers (PLC). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, logical thinker who enjoys working with different machines in combination with computers. PLC programmers work full time but experience a moderate amount of travel and activity in the workplace, such as supervising the installation of their programs and machinery.

The daily responsibility involvement includes of the following;

• Design and perform detailed designing for machine electrical control systems;
• Write Programmable Logic Control (PLC) program for automatic machine control & processes.
• Develop process specific application function librabries.
• PLC application programming and build new function library.
• Ability to utilize, debug, design and install engineering software.
• To collaborate and work together with Design Team (comprising of both mechanical & electrical membes) for the design concept arising from new project proposal and confirmed projects;
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering OR its equivalents;
• Good knowledge of PLC and circuit design;
• Demonsrated ability to visualize projects, develop and produce design from concept through completion.
• Sound knowledge of process instrumentation, PLC programs such as Delta, Mitsubishi, Matsushita, Omron PLC, Direct Logic, Siemens.
• RS422, RS485, Modbus TCP and other industrial interface protocol.
• Knowledgeable of VB, VC, C# will be considered as an added advantage;

Plus;

• Programming experiece in C++, Python, SQL or similar language.
• Industrial electrical panel design.
• HMI/SCADA programming (Allen-Bradley, Ignition or similar).

The Engineer is responsible for the engineering, maintenance and servicing of equipment and associated electrical and mechanical parts. He/She leads a team of Assistant Engineers and Technicians and general workers to ensure that maintenance works and services are carried out swiftly and in accordance with regulatory requirements to minimise disruptions to operations and ensure progression to meet project schedule.

The Engineer acts as a first point of contact for complex repairs and works closely with client and team to address and resolve technical and engineering issues. He/She develops maintenance and engineering regimes and ensures that they are implemented, and assesses risks and its impact on the organisation. The Engineer solves day-to-day issues and oversees the implementation of workflow improvements that may enhance clients' satisfaction, as well as optimise the use of the organisations resources.

The Engineer is a team player with strong leadership skills. He/She should be able to work under pressure, multi-task and work irregular hours, as well as be prepared to work at various heights.

~ Documentation of the production inspection plan, process control plan, technical work instruction

~ Documentation of Corrective Action Request (‘CAR’), processing of returned material, maintenance of product quality tracking status

~ Plan and track receiving quality inspection results and records

~ Compile quality summary report

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (12-hour rotating shifts)

Shift Pattern: 4,3,3,4

Salary: 1600-2800 + shift allowances

Location: Jurong Island (Transport provided)

Responsibilities:

-Operate equipment in the production systems, prepare solutions, monitor measuring instruments and equipment, and assist in unloading and loading operations.

-Carry out cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair work in the production systems.

-Participate and respond to the emergency response team.

-Assist the maintenance team in plant repair.

Requirements:

-Min. Diploma in Chemical Process Engineering or NITEC in Chemical Process Technology.

-Operating experience in the Chemical/Petrochemical industry is advantageous.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Willing to work in Jurong Island and perform 12-hour rotating shifts (Company transport provided).

Sales Administration / Support

• Process Customers’ Purchase Orders by raising Customer Order Processing (COP) forms and performing stock reservations.
