• Experience: 3-5 years with NetSuite ERP; knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld and Financial modules is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with custom records, workflows, CSV imports, and scripting knowledge (a plus).
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
• Customer Focus: Excellent problem-solving with a customer experience mindset.
• Availability: Willingness to handle emergency issues outside of standard hours as needed.
