Lead a global team to achieve and maintain outstanding performance and cost in Photo and Metrology as the Director of Photo MAP. Your direct team innovates, develops, deploys and transforms standards for photolithography productivity, overlay control for today and in the future in high volume manufacturing. You will implement to this by focusing on manufacturing big rock performance optimization, and ensure priorities are aligned to Micron business plan and/or strategic objective requirements across manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities:
- Establish your organization and developing your team: build up, train, and enable the collaboration across all collaborators
- Create business strategies and roadmaps together with category collaborator groups to achieve best in class performance and cost
- Partner with key collaborators throughout the photolithography community
- Lead worldwide efforts to enhance product based performance through equipment or applications based improvements
- Engage with both internal and external suppliers to strengthen partnership and lead initiatives to achieve and exceed internal customer expectations
- Lead worldwide efforts to transform VOC (voice of the customer) to enhance business process or standards
- Contribute to global expansion projects in both existing facilities and greenfield sites
- Collaborate with partner organizations across the photolithography community and beyond (partner categories, TD, PIE)
- Create and develop strategic roadmaps in collaboration with collaborator groups

- 8+ years, direct supervisor experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science fields
Maximizes yield by working on tools, the process, or wafer fabrication recipes. Troubleshoots wafer fabrication problems and performs root cause analysis. Works with other process areas to understand and control process deviations. Long-term investigation of defect issues may require extensive work with shift engineering and other functional areas. Evaluates products to ensure they meet the required design and performance specifications. Conducts research to assess process adjustment requirements and recommends process improvements or equipment changes needed to efficiently manufacture new product or part types.
