Job requirements:

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering preferably specialized in semiconductor photonics/ electronics physics or engineering. Prior photonics/flat optics technology development are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry/research within the areas of silicon, photonics/flat optics process integration and yield.
• MS/PhD candidates with strong hand-on knowledge of semiconductor unit process, photonics/flat optics device physics engineering will be considered too.
• Working knowledge of photonics simulation, layout design, and DOE design concept are highly desirable.
• Ability to develop a strong understanding on photonics/flat optics device and its related module on current Silicon technologies, related structural and electrical fail mechanisms.

Job Requirements
