The Process Designer is responsible for creating detailed designs and layouts for process systems, supporting engineering teams in the development and optimization of industrial processes. Key Responsibilities:

  Conduct self-checks and peer reviews on drawings and designs to maintain high-quality standards.
  Assist in troubleshooting design issues and making modifications based on client or regulatory feedback.
  
• Documentation and Reporting:Maintain organized records of design work, project changes, and revisions.
  Prepare documentation for design changes, project summaries, and technical reports as required.
  Assist with material take-offs and cost estimation by providing accurate design data and specifications.
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Associate’s degree in Engineering Design, CAD, or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in process design or drafting, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., oil and gas, chemical, manufacturing].
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation) and process design tools.

Our client is from Oil and Gas industry, a local leading player. They are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.

Duties of Senior Process Engineer:

• Provide technical support for routine and non-routine production activities.
• Develop best practices to improve production safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Evaluate current production activities and implement continuous process improvements.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment problems to enhance operational reliability and efficiency.
• Measure plant performance, including power consumption index and process availability.
• Undertake energy efficiency and optimization projects as required.
• Manage alarm systems and ensure robust operations.
• Lead Management of Change projects for terminal modifications.
• Participate in safety evaluations, inspections, and emergency response efforts as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or any relevant field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry or any relevant industry.
• Prior experience in handling process safety in plant design is a bonus.

Senior/ Site Engineer (Marine or Coastal projects)

Our client is one of the leading A1 main contractors with over 20 years of history in Singapore. They have built an impressive track record in doing private residential projects, mixed development, commercial, infrastructure and some of the iconic projects in Singapore.

Currently they are looking for a Senior/ Site Engineer (Marine) for one of the iconic mixed development. 5.5 days work per week and performance bonuses are provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage all construction documentation, including Request for Information, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate and ensure timely submission of progress reports to consultants and clients, adhering to project requirements.
• Analyze and interpret project specifications, covering civil and structural, architectural, and mechanical & electrical requirements.
• Conduct rigorous monitoring of construction activities and compile comprehensive site reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to track project progress and quality.
• Schedule and coordinate site inspections with Resident Engineers and Resident Technical Officer to ensure compliance with project and safety standards.
• Attend weekly and monthly safety meetings and address site-related discussions with clients.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines, as well as company standards, are followed at every stage of the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in marine or infrastructural construction; experience in dredging, piling, jetty, or near-shore construction is highly valued. Over 5 years of working experience can be considered for Senior Site Engineer post.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
