Role:BUSINESS PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING CONSULTANT
JD:
RESPONSIBILITY
• Determine and document current business processes, to identify and understand the users’ needs
• Collect data to identify the root cause of the organisation’s problems
• Analyze, plan and implement operational process improvements, to improve the organisation’s information systems and product quality
• Develop metrics to provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities
• Translate the organisation’s business objectives into functional requirements and solution design
• Work closely with the organisation’s key stakeholders to provide desired reengineering practices and to ensure alignment of re-engineering initiatives to the organisation’s objectives
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred
• Experience with business processing models, Process Design,Requirements Management, and Project Management
• Experience with business re-engineering methods and techniques, and the technology industry
• Experience in applying Agile techniques to iteratively prioritize and define requirements
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Formal LEAN and Six Sigma training is a plus
