• Possess a Diploma/Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering, IT Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Comprehensive understanding in Warehousing system.
• Experience with Data collection and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge in manufacturing systems e.g. CAD, SAP,ERP etc.
• Able to lead small Project teams and do SIT,UAT as per customer requirements.
• Proven project management skills.
• Good presentation skills and in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
• Good to know the Industrial Engineering basics-VSM, process mapping, time studies.

We are a dynamic process team to provide sputter engineering support to hard disk media production with the objective of ensuring compliance and conformance to process procedures.

About the role – you will:

• Provide engineering support to production line by ensuring process flow, specification, procedure and documentation.
• Monitor any variables within the process and make the adjustments when required.
• Quick and effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of routine or minor problems.
• Perform process buy-off after equipment preventive maintenance or breaks down.
• Document routine manufacturing processes and report data for shift duty pass-down.
• Conduct or assist the process engineer in carrying out experiments with the objectives of process improvement.
• Continuous improvement on OEE.
• Training and certification for MS and new EA personnel
• Assist in Audit preparation

About you:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering Diploma.
• Self-motivated and positive working attitude.
• Team player with good problem-solving skill.
• Willing to work in clean room environment.
• Willing to work on 12hr (7.30pm to 7.45am) night shift pattern

The primary objective is to manage the regional sea logistics processes and improve the customer experience through operational excellence.

• Analysis, design and improvement of our processes and data quality (E2E).
• Identify strategic projects with management to drive operational excellence organization.
• Monitor the organizational and operational structure within the Sea Logistics organization with the aim of aligning processes and structures to customer needs.
• Lead developments for identified solutions and translate business requirements into technical execution.
• Support the implementation of best practices and methodologies to the major organization stakeholders.
• Work close with CCLs and implement business needs as required.
• Analyze risks and costs of process and organizational structure changes.
• Coordinate, establish and moderate workshops with the aim to deliver continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Asia, leading process excellence and continuous improvement projects on a regional scale
• Experience in global sea logistics systems and processes is crucial
