About the Team:

The TikTok Fundamental team will focus on frontend development. Paid Acquisition team plays a key role in TikTok User Growth strategy. We leverage a diverse range of incentives and design various gameplays to power the acquisition, retention and activation of TikTok users. We build end-to-end system to deliver user campaigns, from user approach and engagement activities, to resource allocation and benefit distribution. Day to day we confront the challenge of complicated engineering issues, e.g. design data-intensitve architecture, ensure data consistency across multiple data centers, guarantee fund security, etc. We work closely with data and algorithm teams to build models to better understand the world's biggest and most diverse user base; and also build platform foundations to improve the efficiency of delivering new product strategies.
