Who You Are:
We are looking for someone for the Staff Process Integration position, with experiences in semiconductor processes and leading projects to timely completion.
Position Summary:
The Staff Process Integration Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the integration of various semiconductor manufacturing processes. This role involves the development, implementation, and refinement of process flows and methodologies to ensure high-performance semiconductor fabrication. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of semiconductor processing, integration techniques, and a strong background in troubleshooting and process improvement.
What You Will Do:
· Process Integration Development: Lead the integration of various semiconductor fabrication processes (such as Lithography, Etching, Deposition, Wet processes, etc.) into a cohesive production flow.
· Optimization & Troubleshooting: Analyze and optimize existing processes for improved yield, efficiency, and product quality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process integration to minimize downtime and enhance manufacturing throughput.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, equipment, and process engineering teams to define requirements and develop effective process integration strategies. Collaborate with R&D teams to transition new technologies into high-volume production.
· New Process Evaluation & Implementation: Evaluate and implement new materials, tools, and techniques that enhance process integration, improve process capabilities, and support advanced product development.
· Data Analysis & Reporting: Use data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and propose improvements. Prepare detailed reports for management regarding process performance, yield analysis, and recommendations for improvements.
· Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all process integration activities are properly documented, including procedures, specifications, and change logs. Ensure that processes are compliant with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
· Training & Development: Mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing training on process integration techniques, troubleshooting, and best practices.
· Process Characterization: Perform detailed characterization of integrated processes to ensure that performance meets the design and reliability requirements for semiconductor products.
What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):
· Experience in process integration or related fields within the semiconductor industry, with a proven track record in leading process optimization and integration projects.
· Expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes, including Lithography, Etching, Deposition, Wet processes and other fabrication techniques.
· Experience with semiconductor process tools and equipment, including cleanroom protocols.
· Strong understanding of semiconductor physics, process chemistry, and materials science.
· Familiarity with statistical analysis tools, data analysis software (e.g. JMP, Minitab, Excensio, Datapower).
· Knowledge of process characterization techniques and process control methodologies (e.g., DOE, FMEA, APQP).
· Proficient in troubleshooting complex process integration issues and implementing solutions quickly.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and functions.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.
· Self-driven leader and strong team player with keen technical ability, systematic approach, detail-oriented, excellent problem-solving skills, and positive attitude.
· Ability to work independently, be hands-on and expected to dive into technical details as required.
· Experience with manufacturing operation, failure analysis and LED knowledge will be added advantage.

· Bachelor's

· Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
