The Manager, Patient Relations Services will be responsible for developing and implementing the organisational strategy and framework for enhancing patient experiences within the hospital. Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships to achieve monthly loan disbursement targets.
• Utilize the Validus client engagement technology tools to ensure completion and tracking of calls to existing clients within the first seven business days of every month.

• Recommend needs-based financing solutions to new SME clients
