Duties to Be Performed:

We are looking for a Project Manager – Process Systems Specialist in the either or all of the following systems,

- Gas / Environmental / Ultra Pure Water / Chemical Systems.

The prospective candidate will be responsible for the following,

- Responsible for Concept and Detailed Design for Process Facility systems for the entire course of the project (Conceptual Design, Detailed Engineering calculations, System & Component sizing, Budgeting, Drawing development coordination from Engineering up to Construction stage e.g. PIDs / layouts / sections).

- Capable in interdisciplinary understanding and managing of relevant interfaces.

- Detailed understanding of all technical standards, drawing formats and symbols.

- Tendering process (e.g. Technical and Commercial bid evaluation).

- Time and schedule management.

- Check and review engineering document and drawings for accuracy and completeness for submission and shop fabrication (e.g. Submittal Procedure).

- Lead system design and reviews with customers and ensure customer sign off and approval.

- Review of all the bench mark data, scope and design change and contract variation aspects.

- Ensure Project Director/ Manager is kept aware of the process engineering design and construction progress and any cost and schedule impacts.

- Coordinate installations with sub-contractors on site.

- Support CSA & M&E team for the design including CAD team and project effectively & efficiently.

- Involved in the Commissioning of Systems and develop the documentation with the sub-contractors.

- Consolidate and upkeep of in-house engineering Standards.

- Able to work independently.

- Able to travel/ relocate.

· Responsible for assigned functional area of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application

· Participate in developing internal processes for application management

· Manage support process for assigned functional area of the ERP application

o Provide user support

o Manage issue logs

o Test vendor deliveries and internal deliveries

· Lead or participate in implementation efforts

o Provide solutions for requested application changes

o Follow up to ensure application processes are aligned across locations and companies

· Keep up to date with new features and functions within the ERP solution and closely related applications

· Ensure a good understanding of the overall ERP solution and how it interacts with/impacts the assigned functional area(s) and other areas of the business

This role will be responsible for reviewing current processes and identifying areas that need improvement using continuous improvement tools/methodologies. You will collaborate with the technical operations team to execute projects, increase efficiency and reduce cost while also providing support on technical services and ESG initiatives. This role, based out of Singapore, will entail about 50% travel, primarily within the APAC region.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Project Management

• Build and maintain baseline data for technical operations in compliance with master data management process
• Identification of cost savings and optimization opportunities in our co-manufacturing partners and then define action plans to execute the actions needed so these are captured

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG baseline data into business insight report and operation
• Analyzing and interpreting data related to ESG factors and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting related data collection and initiatives on responsible packaging
• Supporting data preparation and analysis for carbon footprint reduction

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3 years’ experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in beverages
• Familiar with Lean/Six Sigma Methodologies. Having Six Sigma Green Belt will be an advantage

• Work as a team with both Equipment and Manufacturing Engineers to meet Module objectives. Drive team to meet key indices of Uptime and OEE as per the goals set for these indices.
• Take on leadership roles to drive a small cross functional task team to address yield improvement/ excursion issues.
• Facilitate/ initiate CIP programs to optimize process window, cost, yield, and productivity. Establish plans and strategies to optimize process capability to meet operational requirements.
• Resolve complex technical issues in own Module or yield related issues
• Follow up with cross-fab benchmarking activities to engage the best-in-campus practices across fabs.
• Self audit and update specifications / documentation to meet TS16949 Quality Standard requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a closed-loop control system to synchronize high-moisture extrusion and shape manipulator systems with a seamless integration and quality assurance.
• Integrate a variety of non-invasive sensors for a continuous and active monitoring on a food shape manipulator system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure effective and efficient coordination of our Pool vessel operations.
