About the role

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager with a bent for solving technical problems and an equally strong ability to drive business strategy and communicate to any audience.

You will lead core parts of our fintech platform that will help to accelerate digital businesses. You will be responsible for the vision, strategy and execution of all initiatives that will ensure our customers get the most value out of our fintech products.

What you'll be doing

• Work closely with the Card Issuing lead and other product managers to discover, ideate, develop and launch growth opportunities and customer-centric products in Singapore and Indonesia;

• Write and review product specifications to scope out new products in detail;

As part of the Proteins4Singapore project, this role involves on utilizing simulations and advanced control systems to optimize and ensure quality in novel food textures and forms. This position plays a critical role in advancing sustainable protein solutions for urban environments through interdisciplinary collaboration, drawing expertise from mechanical engineering, mechatronics, and food engineering. This is a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension after the first year.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a closed-loop control system to synchronize high-moisture extrusion and shape manipulator systems with a seamless integration and quality assurance.
• Integrate a variety of non-invasive sensors for a continuous and active monitoring on a food shape manipulator system.
• Develop and adapt custom firmware to integrate extrusion, in-line monitoring and control system with software protocols.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure effective and efficient coordination of our Pool vessel operations. Liaise closely with the Pool partners, Fleet Technical Managers, Commercial, Bunker, Claims and Controls teams to identify opportunities within operations for effective fleet performance monitoring and management. Influence the fleet operations team and other associated stakeholders in aligning with the vessel performance management goals and objectives in optimizing TCE. • Responsible for daily vessel operations, including issuance of voyage instructions, planning, optimizing and managing voyage bunkers, appoint agents, optimize voyage PnL taking into account speed and tank cleaning instructions.
• Ensure that all financial requirements, funding and invoicing for each voyage are promptly arranged and correctly disbursed
• Process and ensure compliance with relevant charter party requirements and company procedures, relevant voyage or time charter operational information between vessels, brokers, charterers and agents
• Maintain account of bunkers on board and plan for optimized uptake for spot market ships
• Monitor and record all details of voyage performance including off-hire, stoppages and delays within the vessel voyage performance report system, including trends / gap analysis

• Preferably someone who has experience with handling government contracts / tender proposals / and is familiar with the employment landscape

Purpose

This role is responsible for the project or program to be delivered in line with the scope, schedule and cost

Key Missions

· Analyzes project requirements and defines the deliverables

· Develops and documents detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, communication plans, resource plans and status reports

· Conducts risk analysis and monitors the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets according to IDEMIA standards

· Leads and coordinates the project team, provides vision and direction to all stakeholders and internal or external customers and partners

· Ensures the deliverables are within the right quality standards, security standard and cost

· Manages changes, risk mitigations and deviations that may impact the scope, the schedule and the cost of the project

· Manages stakeholders expectations and communicates accordingly and timely

· Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables

· Manages small complexity programs or participates to more complex programs with the supervision of a more experienced program manager

• Prepare and produce all products according to SOP guidelines, including tasks such as cutting, cooking, steaming, frying, and packing.
• Ensure all equipment and utensils are cleaned, washed, and returned to their designated storage areas after use.
• Inspect all materials to ensure they are in acceptable condition before use.
• Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their roles and assigned tasks.
• Monitor employee performance, offering feedback and coaching as needed.
• Complete forms as required by QA standards.
• Follow all HACCP, ISO22000, and 5S guidelines during preparation and production.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Director.
• Have 10 years experiences in Chinese Cuisine, North eastern & Sichuan Cuisines.
• Willing to work in weekends & public holidays.
