• Analyze split lot, DOE data, ET, sort yield using JMP, Klarity ACE.
• Create SPC charts, DCOP and modify SLDB using PROMIS (Si-View).
• Upload recipe, check recipe and ensure recipe content compliance using RMS.
• Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, or spec update with ECN.

Provide post-implementation support to super-users:

Job Overview

The Process Engineer helps in the technical processes of the Production Department. He/She ensures that the Processes and Methodology within the Production Department is technically sound and cost efficient.

He/She analyses Production and Relevant External Data for the Process Engineer to come up with New Strategies to Raise the Efficiency of Operations and Processes in the department. These include Assessing Viability of New Machinery, Introduction of more efficient tooling and Optimisation of important Production Parameters. Provide event consultancy, overall project and stakeholders’ management including event planning, management and execution to ensure clients’ satisfaction and continued business. Lead and guide assigned project team members to ensure seamless delivery of assigned projects/events.

Key Responsibilities:

Event consultancy

• Provide sound event advice and solutions to stakeholders base on experience
• Offer measured recommendations relevant to the needs of the project and/or clients

Overall project management

• Source, evaluate, negotiate and manage third party vendors and/or venues
• Manage the registration process to create a streamlined experience for invitees, including flights and hotel bookings
• Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all regular progress update meetings
• Provide speakers liaison and management
• Manage F&B and dietary requirements and setup
• Manage event collateral design and production
• Responsible for successful delivery of the event, ensure smooth communication with partners, vendors and stakeholders
• Management of stakeholders and assigned team members, including overall resource planning of roles and responsibilities pre-event and onsite
• Budget and timeline management and updates

Internal project team management

• Resource planning and assignment
• Clear designation and briefing to assigned project team members on their roles and responsibilities
• Lead and provide clear guidance to the assigned project team members

Dynamic Adaptation:

• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
• Digital/ Hybrid event co-ordination and management
• Draw up standard SOPs and SOWs for the delivery of virtual and/or hybrid events

Qualification:

• General University Degree

Knowledge & Experience:

• Graduates and/or with at least 2-3 years’ of work or event management experience
