Role Purpose

To frame the business case and lead the implementation of satellite operations for MODEC EPCI business

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Active Ageing Centres, ensuring the delivery of quality programs and services for seniors. Your key responsibilities include:

Operational Management:

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the centre.
• Develop and implement programs that promote active ageing, physical wellness, and social engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services.

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers.
• Provide mentorship and training to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with seniors, their families, community partners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external agencies and organizations for joint initiatives.

• Oversee reporting and compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Relevant education in gerontology or related field study
• Relevant experience in geriatric services
• Relevant work experience of at least 3 years
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage programs.
• Passion for working with seniors and addressing their needs.
• Knowledge of active ageing principles and practices.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Min 7 years of working experience working in a manufacturing / logistics environment covering the Supply Chain scope. Having a Manufacturing / Supply Chain consulting background will be preferred.
• Min 2 years of proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives in a regional or global context.
• Has strong understanding in Supply Chain principles and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
