We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administration Manager to oversee the company’s administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Management:Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships to maintain a functional workspace.
  
• Administrative Oversight:Develop and implement administrative systems and procedures to streamline workflows.
  Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  
• Human Resources Support:Assist in employee onboarding, payroll management, and maintaining HR records.
  Coordinate with HR to manage employee benefits, training programs, and policy enforcement.
  
• Compliance & Reporting:Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, including workplace safety and company policies.
  Prepare and present regular reports on administrative performance and operational metrics.
  
• Event Coordination:Organize and manage company events, meetings, and conferences.
  Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth execution of events.
  
• Support to Leadership:Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  

Requirements:

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  
• Experience:Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in administrative management or a similar role.
  
• Skills:Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative management software.
  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
• Generating new business leads.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
• Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.

Marketing Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
• A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
• At least two years' experience as a marketing manager.
• Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

• To execute the project with satisfaction by the customer . under PDCA (plan do check action) cycle.
• Develop Project construction scheme: quality, safety, environment.
• Develop master schedule, ISO Quality Plan, OSHA Safety Plan, Identify the risk with tackle plan, To come out with budget plan, Understand the project contract conditions and requirements
• To develop trust relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
• To organize site work schedule with customer through staff management & Control of suppliers & subcontractors.
• Manage master construction schedule, quality, safety, to reduce from original budget, to meet authorities code of practices and client in house requirement
• To implement the approved installation methods
• To adopt new or creative/enhance efficient installation methods to reduce cost
• To develop efficient communication accordance to site organization

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma with at least 10 years of relevant experience can be considered.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Code of practice
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 / OSHAS 18000
