Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, develop & secure supply of lithium ion battery scraps sources through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration in the industry.
• Ability to identify opportunities by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
• Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients and supply sources.
• Stay abreast of the industry growth & trends to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
• Maintain meaningful relationships with existing sources to ensure that they are retained.
• Work closely with Factory to provide recycling support to our suppliers/ vendors, and provide feedback to the Factory team.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in sales and marketing, business administration, or similar. Any engineering background will be an added advantage.
• Sales experience, task and result oriented with minimum of 5 years similar work experiences.
  Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding the electrification of transportation, energy storage market and related basic level of lithium-ion battery manufacturing knowledge.
• Great networking skills, especially with battery related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Emboldened by challenges and can work independently with little supervision.

Job Description:

• To comply with the FSA, including all SFSM duties as specified and in accordance with statutory requirements;
• Prepare an Emergency Response Plan, revise and update it when necessary for the premises;
• Establish the formation of CERT and submission of CERT members organization chart to SCDF;
• Ensure that the fire safety and protection systems in the buildings are maintained to the standard that meet the local statutory requirements and that the buildings are free of fire hazards;
• Perform monthly inspection on the premises to ensure fire safety compliance;
• Liaise and coordinate with SCDF on all matters pertaining to fire safety and its requirements.
• SFSM is to be present during the annual fire certificate application/renewal by PE or SCDF;
• Familiarize the occupants in the buildings with the evacuation procedures and where necessary, conduct fire drill and table-top exercise;
• SFSM will be deployed as full-time headcount at site with all benefits as per Singapore Employment Act including Singapore's gazetted holiday, annual leave and sick leave entitlements, etc

Requirement:

• Must be registered Fire Safety Manager with SCDF.
• TO be required 2 to 3 Years experience as Senior Fire Safety Manager

- prepare contracts and monthly progress claims and variation orders

- assist to handle variation orders

- read, understand and intepret contractual terms

- able to read and interpret construction drawings

- prepare reports - able to analyse and compare quotations

- attend meetings with clients and suppliers and contractors

- 5.5 days work week

Job Descriptions:

· Manage the day-to-day site operations, deal with site technical & design issues, communicate & liaise with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Developers & key stakeholders of project from beginning to till final completion of project.

· Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are smooth in operation and completing on time, within budget, good quality and to the satisfaction of clients.

· Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.

· Attend all required project meetings with consultants and clients, including necessary follow-ups and ensuring that project goals and objectives are met.

· Setting up site meeting with subcontractors, internal team members, and project related vendors to ensure effective progress of project.

· Identify project risks and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

· To protect company’s interest, minimizing company’s liability and risks exposure in the operation of projects on-site.

· Promote strong safety culture to construction project team and ensure site safety measures are always in place.

· Evaluation of Monthly Progressive Claim to Consultants & Client.

· Verify and approve periodical assessment of progress claims of sub-contractors/suppliers with the Project QS/Purchaser till the settlement of final account.

· Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including subcontractors and vendors.

· Report to Project Directors & Senior Project Managers and to take responsibility on any other roles or tasks assigned from time to time.

Job requirements:

· Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

· Good experience in managing and completing high end residential house projects (i.e. Good Class Bungalow or Bungalow grade) is strongly required.

· Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency with project management software and tools (i.e. autocad, MS Office & Project, etc).

· Able to station at work in project sites and travel to meeting venues as required.

· Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building/civil construction projects including interior design and construction industry.

· Good leadership and people management skills.

· A commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
