Manager/ Senior Assistant Manager, Crisis Planning and Operational Resilience

The incumbent will play an integral role in designing hospital infrastructure for the various types of Crisis (e.g. Civil Emergency, disease outbreak, mass casualty incidents) and management of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the hospital. In addition, the candidate will develop strategies and formulate policies and training programs to support the hospitals emergency preparedness across all departments within the institutions. Training and mentorship on crisis planning will be provided to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders and contractors to ensure necessary infrastructure provision and installations are made to support various emergency scenarios.
• Implement and maintain global centralized information repository on emergency response infrastructure, operation manuals, and response plans,
• Plan, review and coordinate emergency responses and crisis management activities to ensure operational response readiness for civil emergency, disease outbreaks/ pandemic, terror-related, and other emergencies,
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to develop and establish business continuity plans and emergency response plans,

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor in any discipline with at least 4-8 years of relevant working experience,
