• Expertise in commercial aspects of commodity trading (contract and asset optimization, exposure management, cargo MtM, option/optionality valuation) and related aspects (including Risks, Controls, Operating Model Set Up, Strategy and Operations).
• Microsoft excel proficiency with experience in financial modelling, Scenario analysis, Stress testing, VaR computations etc. using excel.
• Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency – Experience in delivering project reports and proposals using PowerPoint.
• An ability to confidently speak across one or more commodity sub-segments (energy, agriculture, base metals, precious metals, bulks, renewables/carbon, etc.).
• Work experience in strategy, operations, or large-scale transformation.
• Business development and project delivery experience.
• Good industry network.
• Travel to client locations across ASEAN and global markets as necessary.
