Qualifications :

JOB FUNCTION

• Responsible for Level 1 & 2 IT Infrastructure support which includes servers, network equipment, backup, network equipment, UPS, servers room equipment.
• The responsibility also includes implementation, patching, installation, and configuration.
• Administering, maintaining, and managing the computer systems - Operating Systems and Communication Systems.
• Maintains documentation regarding security and service records relating to hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
• Document, track, and monitor issues in timely manner.
• Support and maintain end users account information including rights, security and systems groups.
• Responsible in managing the data integrity, maintenance and ensure daily data is successfully backup and restore when and there needed.
• Manage and update all IT assets records periodically.

• Conduct periodic maintenance, audit and compliance for servers, UPS, and network equipment.
• Facilitate and liaison with all outsourced vendors for all application remote support and Move-Add-Change requests.
• Ensuring computer and information security by implementing relevant procedures and standards.
• Periodic update all servers, network devices to latest security patches and firmware. Conduct regular or quarterly servers, network, UPS audit and preventive maintenance.
• Adhere to internal Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and deliverables.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

A diploma or degree holder preferably in Computer studies, Networking or Communications with at least 5 years working experience in the IT industry. Should be a team player and a reliable, responsible, and diligent person that possesses initiative.

• Min. 2 years hand-on experience in administrating Windows Active Directory, Windows Servers, DNS, Office 365 Admin, MS Azure, and other system related issues.
• Min. 1 years hand-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting network equipment, VPN, and wireless Access point.
• Min. 1 years hand-on experience in managing and configuration of Hyper-V, Microsoft Authenticator, networking and troubleshooting etc.
• Min. 2 years hand-on experience in Virtualization Technology VMware and Hyper-V.
• ITIL with strong emphasis on Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management
• Preferably holder of MCSA or MSCE, and/with CCNA, and other Management skills.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial records (general ledger, AP, and AR)

- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data

- Prepare monthly, quarterly management account (P&L and Balance Sheet) & Yearly Budget

- Staff Claim Processing: - Prepare staff claims with its supporting documents and check with the claim policies.

- Send email reminder chaser and Statement of Account to customers

- Manage payroll functions(Monthly Salary, CPF, submission)

Assist Head of Department – Compliance on the following:

AML/CFT compliance

• To monitor AML/CFT Compliance
• To conduct the half yearly audit and liaise with HODs on regular basis to regularise the screening process
• Conduct the New Joiners Training programme quarterly. To do a refresher training for all existing employees along with New Joiners. Conduct one training session for Agents
• To file the Suspicious Transactions with SPF and report to MAS
