Reporting to Director, Contracts, the successful candidate will lead a team of 4 to 5 people. He/she will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of contracts and tender processes for key development projects, ensuring that contractual agreements are executed efficiently and in accordance with legal and organizational standards. This role requires a strong focus on contract administration, cost monitoring, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the pre-tender, tender, and contract administration phases for development projects, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or other relevant discipline.
