• Manage IT infrastructure, documents, user accounts and SOP
• Provide IT operations and functions to local and regional offices, including maintenance and update of computer systems
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, applications and IT related requests, including after office hours support
• Conducting user training, deploying and managing software applications and tracking of IT assets and equipment
• Procurement and inventory of IT related equipment
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT/Computer Science or related industries
• Min 2 years exp with computer network, network admin and network installation
• Experience with network infrastructure including TCP/IP, DNS, DNCP, VPN, IPsec and others
• PC Troubleshooting and Network Troubleshooting for both LAN & WLAN
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm)
• Location: Bedok (Chai Chee)
• Salary: Up to $4000 (Depending on experience)
• Able to start work immediate or on short notice

What will you be doing?

As an Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact of AvePoint Singapore. You will ensure guests are welcomed and greeted positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide general admin support to colleagues and guests
• Handle walk-in clients, vendors, interviewees, guests, etc.
• Handle incoming calls.
• Process daily incoming & outgoing mails/ deliveries.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers in relation to office maintenance.
• Ensure the office space is well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary supplies
• Maintain onsite employees’ apartment arrangement.
• Process finance related tasks involving invoice processing, cost allocation, and payment approvals.
• Manage travel arrangements for the management team
• Data entry and other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma holders or GCE ‘A’/‘O’/‘N’ holders with experience
• Proven work experience in Administration, or similar role. Candidates with minimal or no experience will be considered if there are transferrable skills.

• Possess good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Proactive, Organized, self-disciplined, able to multi-task and a team-worker.
