• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
• Maintain security, backup, redundancy and BCP strategies
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of knowledge on the following technologies:
• VMware vCenter: ESXi, SRM, VRM
• Security operation and technologies such as Privileged Access Management, Endpoint Protection Platform, Firewall
• System Monitoring
• Backup And Recovery
• Windows Server OS with good understanding of Windows AD, DNS, GPO, and Failover Clustering
• SAN storage with good understanding of remote site replication (Knowledge of administrating Hitachi Virtual Storage Platform would be an added advantage)
• Possess good understanding of Public Key Infrastructure and Network Access Control
• Good communication skills and able to work independently
• Able to provide support in a 24/7 environment and would require to work on-call at least 1 week every month

ONE Championship is actively seeking a proactive and highly motivated Technical Support Engineer with a creative mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding solutions and workarounds for day-to-day problems, as well as responding to user requests for hardware and software issues. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting computer errors, installing new system hardware, responding to user issues, and monitoring service performance across the company.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support or system administrator role.
• Scripting experience (Bash, Python, PowerShell, SQL) will be a plus.
• Recent experience demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of systems and network
• configuration.
• Computing Devices Platform Supported: Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Perform asset management of infrastructure and computing devices.
• Provide computer support services (troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing, and
• maintenance) for any supported software and hardware.
• Offer training, coaching, and orientation for users on how to use computer devices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.

• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodic site inspection and attending meetings during the course of the construction of the project.
• Proven problem-solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule
• Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS/ Monthly progress Claims and PM Reports.
• Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.
• Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance with the company’s operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
