Job Description & Requirements

• Design and drafting of infrastructure/ Water / building engineering works (Structural / Mechanical / Electrical).
• Conducting technical feasibility study, life cycle study and planning for building engineering.
• Preparation of design report, calculation, drawings, specification, cost estimation and details/ schedules for projects.
• Assist Project Manager in up-keeping the project ISO quality documentation and records.
• Evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender assessment reports.
• Assist Professional Engineer in liaison preparation and follow up of authority submission.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years hands-on design experience in building and/or infrastructure projects
• Good project management and technical skills
• Familiar with local code and authority submission procedures
• Team player and able to work independent with minimal supervision
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM
• Good communication skills; ability to work well in a team

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the management of facilities and systems, including project management for new building construction and the maintenance of existing structures
• Develop and implement programs for planned maintenance and services, ensuring effective and efficient operations
• Manage service partners and contractors, providing technical advice to user departments as needed
• Coordinate fire safety and Green Mark-related tasks to ensure statutory compliance
• Investigate safety incidents and prepare detailed reports as required
• Ensure the timely resolution of technical issues and maintenance needs, working closely with relevant stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Electrical Engineering or related studies
• 3 - 4 years of experience in similar setting, preferably Healthcare setting
• Proficient in design calculations, cost estimation, preparation of plans, and detailed engineering design
• Ability to meet quality and regulatory standards, and contribute to the efficient execution of projects

Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site installation, troubleshooting and debugging of autonomous vehicle (AV) systems and related components.
• Conduct and facilitate regular inspections, diagnostic tests, and scheduled maintenance for all vehicle assets.
• Assist in routine data collection and documentation optimization or preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate operational activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and route optimization for the AV fleet

Requirements:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure that the civil and structural design and construction works comply with all the relevant Statutory acts, Regulations and Engineering Codes of Practice.
• Prepare submissions and clear authorities requirements which will include drawings, design calculations and report writing and other relevant material to meet the submission requirements.
• Monitor and ensure the submission schedules are met
• Preparation of tender specifications and documentations
• Attend project meetings, site inspections and consultation sessions
• Coordinate with the clients, architect, other consultants and contractors
• Work as a team member with colleagues, clients/other consultants/contractors to complete within schedules.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore
• Familiar with Codes of Practice, relevant regulations and submission requirements
